As you know the people in Haiti urgently need assistance. The Maranatha Interact Club’s International project this year is to purchase a Shelterbox which provides immediate relief to 10 people. The timeliness of this project could not be more fitting. Please help the Interact Club help Haitians by donating toward the purchase of a Shelterbox, the cost of which is $1,000.
What's in a ShelterBox?
Each ShelterBox is a large, rugged, green plastic container that holds a 10-person tent and a range of other equipment. In general, a typical box contents includes:
Thermal blankets and insulated ground sheets
• Waterproof ponchos and bin bags
• A multi-fuel stove that can burn anything from diesel to old paint!
• Cooking pans, utensils, bowls and mugs
• Collapsible water containers and water purification tablets
• A basic tool kit – hammer, axe, saw, pliers, hoe head, trenching shovel, rope etc
• A small, children's pack containing drawing books, crayons, pens etc.

Please send all donations to the school so we can consolidate them. We are seeking matching funds from Rotary International so your donation may be doubled.

(You choose the amount to give, please type "Haiti Donation" in the "Description Box" on the second page of the donation process.)
